Meet The Anglo American Team

Meet the core members of the team who make up Anglo American. We may be a small team, but we have decades of experience and all of us have been working in the business for many years now.

Sandra

Sandra, the organisational heartbeat of Anglo American Lettings, has been with us for nearly two decades and has lived in Milton Keynes all her life.

Throughout that time, she has seen immense change and witnessed the city grow and develop from a very rural and mainly agriculturally based area, to the vibrant multi-faceted city it is today…and it is still growing!

Anyone new to the area and looking for something specific in their property search can rely on her wide range of local knowledge. Sandra is based in the office and deals with all aspects of administration, from your first viewing to the day you move from your rental property.

Linda

We were deeply saddened to lose Linda in 2025 after many years spent battling frail health

She had worked in the Letting Industry for many years and after becoming frustrated working for the national chains of letting agents in Milton Keynes, due to poor service to landlords and tenants, she founded Anglo American in 1999 with the aim of providing  American service standards to the local letting market. Linda prided herself on the quality and condition of the properties we market and manage, along with the level of service given to landlords and tenants alike.

We’re very proud to still be doing business with Landlords we first met over 25 years and hold Lindas original vision close to the core of our business

Alex

With over 20 years’ experience in the rental market Alex is responsible for the day to day running of the business. He’s passionate about helping

tenants to find the right home and make sure that our landlord’s investments are handled properly.

Alex is very proactive in all aspects of the letting sector, he ensures that the business is always ready for change (something which has certainly been tested in recent years) and that our Landlords understand new laws and other upcoming changes that are likely to impact them.

He ensures that Anglo American goes above and beyond to deliver the service that Linda started the business with back in 1999. This service ranges from advising on possible new properties to a Landlord, to simply changing a lightbulb in a property to keep a tenant happy and save a landlord money.

Rob

Rob joined us in the office in 2023 to handle all aspects of maintenance.  He was previously part of  our team of contractors, so many of our clients will have met him already.   As we have grown over the years, maintenance takes up a large part of the day and we made the decision to ask Rob to join us in the office to keep everything organised.  Our contractors form an important part of the team, they have all been with us for many years now and can always be relied to show up in an emergency.

You can rest assured that all of our team are fully qualified, insured and have many years of experience between them.  Someone will always have a solution to the problem.
